Stuart Wilson has confirmed that a ‘Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisal’ and its supporting documents has been submitted to the SDNPA planning department. The submittal will be accessible to the public via the SDNPA website as soon as the report has been registered. (https://planningpublicaccess.southdowns.gov.uk)
The Appraisal, a substantial amount of information, outlines the basic constraints that a ‘Landscape Led’ development of this site must consider. Stuart Wilson, as best he can at this stage of the project, has also indicated a timeline covering the months to April 2022. This includes a consultation phase with the village which we very much welcome and support.
