Planning update on The Land South of Church Road Steep.
Following the planning submission on The Land South of Church Road in September 2023, Wilson Designer Homes has been in dialogue with SDNP officers to consider the responses received from consultees and the local community to date. The output from these discussions has been a number of substantive changes to the application proposals, and we are pleased to have submitted a complete package of amended plans and reports, which together seek to comprehensively address the range of matters raised. This includes an addendum to the Planning, Design and Access Statements which includes a full schedule of changes for ease of reference.
The updated details will be re-advertised by SDNPA for a full reconsultation with consultees and the local community. Please note the application reference SDNP/23/03766/FUL.
